• Microprocessor Controller MPC(+) requires no special knowledge to set-up the welding system or to program the weld parameters
• Robust keypad and four-line, illuminated LCD-Display for menu-guided data entry and monitoring of the welding process
• 16 complete weld programs include all weld parameters (incl. Trigger Pressure, Weld Pressure, Amplitude etc.)
• RPN (Reference Point Numeric) Weld Depth Calibration eliminates excessive reject rates and inconsistent welding results caused by dimensional variations of thermoplastic parts through multi-cavity molds or multi-fixture tooling.
• Five weld modes provide maximum flexibility:
