OnSite Gas Oxygen Generators
Our Oxygen Generators are designed rugged and ideally suited for commercial and industrial use. Used for decades by our customers - glass blowers, fish farms, brazing, flame cutting, etc.
How it works: The air we breathe contains 20.9% oxygen, with the rest being mostly nitrogen. Compressed air is filtered, and sent into a bed containing a molecular sieve of zeolite. As the air is forced through the zeolite, the nitrogen attaches to it, and the oxygen passes through to be stored and used. The bed will eventually load up with nitrogen, so it must be flushed periodically. Two beds are cycled to load and unload the zeolite, producing a continuous stream of oxygen. With proper filter element maintenance, the zeolite will last indefinitely.
